This GWAC (Government Wide Acquisition Contract) is a pre-competed vehicle allowing all Federal agencies the ability to purchase IT equipment quickly and efficiently.

GC Micro has been in business for over 22 years. We were awarded a SEWP contract in May of 2007, validating our company’s commitment to maintaining some of the highest fill rates and accuracy ratings in the industry.

All Federal agencies may use this contract to purchase products.

Warranty, Returns, Installation, and Technical Support Procedures

All products sold under the SEWP IV contract by GC Micro are covered by, and subject to, the manufacturer’s warranties and return conditions. All CTO (Configured To Order) purchases are non-returnable.

Installation of goods is arranged on a case-by-case basis, where able.

GC Micro will assist our customers in obtaining technical support from the manufacturers of product bought by our customers.
